Hello, I have Oracle function with outside parameters Date_start, Date_end. Is it possible to call it in PBI desk top using Direct Query? Thank you!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Your idea is feasible but due to environment constraints I am not able to use Oracle database so I am trying to use Sql server database as an example:
Try setting external parameters in sql service and then calling them in power query.
Setting the parameter in the power query
In the last picture, we can see that it was used successfully, if you still have questions, feel free to contact me.
Hope it helps!
