Hello, I have Oracle function with outside parameters Date_start, Date_end. Is it possible to call it in PBI desk top using Direct Query? Thank you!

Your idea is feasible but due to environment constraints I am not able to use Oracle database so I am trying to use Sql server database as an example:
Try setting external parameters in sql service and then calling them in power query.
