I'm not sure why my brain is drawing a blank here, I feel really dumb.
I have two columns, "SOW EHR" and "Actual EHR."
I also calculated a "Delta" column.
I need to calculate the %Difference between SOW EHR and Actual EHR. When I tried, I was getting 100% for an instance where the two values were the same which means I should have been getting 0%.

Yes! Thank you.
I am, however, getting a couple of AVGs that are showing as NaN, but I don't know why. Any idea of where to start investigating?
Hmm, I would think that would generally indicate a divide by zero error. You can try:
% Difference = DIVIDE([Delta],[SOW EHR])
Generally, I do (NewValue - OldValue) / OldValue
110 - 100 / 100 would be 10% growth.
