Does PBI has functionality to "see records" on combination chart?

I am not able to see "See Records" while using combination chart like Bar and Line on right click.

it is available on Bar charts but I am looking for combination chart as well.

Does anybody has any idea?

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on my test in the Power BI Desktop newest version 2.38.4491.282, the combine chart supports See Records feature partially.

If the combine chart contains both column and line values, the See Records option is disabled. But if only column or line values display in the chart, the option is available. Please note the See Records feature is also disabled in the chart which contains a measure.

love the "See records" feature but it does not work on measures.

@v-qiuyu-msft.. Yes I know it is available/enabled for bar and line graph seperately but it is very difficult to tell this to Users.

They are getting the same in other bar and line graphs but not in combination chart.

thats why I am searching if we have any other way to achieve this.

As far as I know, we are not able to use See Records feature in the combo chart if it display both column and line values. Also I can't think of any workaround. For this issue, I will report it internally, and keep you updated once I get any feedback.

I get the feedback it is by design that the “see records” option is not available when set both column and line values. No further information from PG about when the option can be available.

It is not available in combination chart. However, it has just released for the line chart with August Update.

Line chart has now the functionality of drilling down.. not sure about "See Records".
