Difference in Language Date format

Good Morning,
The language change when I am creating a new column for three-month digits. Screen bellow. All the settings are in English I do not know why the month name is in French.

 The best solution to change language for Format function is to change the culture of the tabular model in pbix file.

@Anonymous , Can you create a new table and check? Sometime the previously loaded data do not change after regional setting changes
