To better understand the difference between a filter and a slicer, what is the correct alternative :

1) Slicers can interact , Filter Can not
2) When you pin complete report, slicer will add to dashbaord
3) Slicer are at page level, unless measure or interactions stop those. Filter can be at viual, page or report level

I think the answer is #3. I tested both Slicers and Filters and both work update interactively with user selections. Slicers are on the page itself, while Filters are on a sidebar.

Slicers can be report-level with Sync Slicers.
So all of them are wrong ?
