Dial Conditional Formatting - Color Saturation

Hi All, 

I currently am using Dials to protrary numbers in my data set, see below. Is it possible to allow for Conditional Formation that will include Color Saturation settings after a number gets passed a certain fixed number or closer to a fixed number?
