Defining Custom Layers in Maps

Hi There,

We are looking for a layered map approach in Power BI, According to Our requirement, we need multiple custom layers which we can define with data(longitude, Latitude, Pin/zip codes) for one main layer which shows Heatmap and above the Heatmap we want to see the Dots/Bubbles(Zip codes will be the data) which we will be giving as a input. Could Any map will fulfill this requirement and Is there a limitation with number of records?

Thanks for your response, However that map wasn't fullfilling our requirement.It is not certified with Power BI We cant use that map. We are trying to work with ArcGis map as they support the multi layer concept
