Default value in slicer with Dynamic RLS

How can I set a default value in a slicer based on the dynamic RLS.

for example : A user can see his city by default but has an option to select other cities from the dropdown.

I'm afraid it isn't available for now. I would suggest you vote up these ideas or create a new one.
