I try again to ask for help for a problem not yet resolved.
As you can see from the images, the date in the DATAFAT field in the POWERBI DESKTOP DATASET is in Italian format 01/02/2023 (DD/MM/YYYY). Displaying the DATASET with Edge the format changes to 02/01/2023 with consequent problems.
From the images you can see the various settings both PowerBI and Edge.

You can use 'Using Locale...' to change the date format in Power Query Editor.
Select the location you need, and there are sample input values displays.
