Date format problem
Hello
I try again to ask for help for a problem not yet resolved.
As you can see from the images, the date in the DATAFAT field in the POWERBI DESKTOP DATASET is in Italian format 01/02/2023 (DD/MM/YYYY). Displaying the DATASET with Edge the format changes to 02/01/2023 with consequent problems.
From the images you can see the various settings both PowerBI and Edge.
Thank you

Hi Gianluigi ,
You can use 'Using Locale...' to change the date format in Power Query Editor.
Select the location you need, and there are sample input values displays.

Hi Gianluigi
I did some testing myself following the instructions here:
https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/6834/power-bi-service-date-formats/
This worked at least for me at least, but I acknowledge it may not be a universal solution:
- Ensure to first language in Edge is set to your preferred language (which you appear to have already done).
For me this is English (New Zealand) which follows "dd/mm/yyyy" format. - Set Power BI Display langauge to "Default (browser language)"
