Date format issue

Hi, I have multiple date columns coming from SP as "Fri Nov 19 2021 19:31:44 GMT+0530 (India Standard Time)" this format and while converting into date, it is showing error. Any idea how to convert ...

    Hi All, We did some research and tried the option "Extract" and than "Range"  in Add column in Power query  as the data is same in all rows and worked fine.
