Dataset or something else?

I'm having difficulty finding a way to display my employee audit score breakdown.  This visual will need to contain 25 graded categories for each employee I audit in the field.  Each category will have a grade of 1.00-5.00 and I am wanting the visual's categories to be a horizontal bar graph, like the image below.  I've been watching videos and utilizing ChatGPT but I'm afraid my data set may not be not setup for this desired visual result or which visualization would work best?

Each row represents an employee's audit.

Unpivot all your columns except the first (assuming this is Person), this should result in a long table with 3 columns: "Person", Attribute "Category", and Value "Score".

You should then be able to throw the Category and Score into a bar chart as desired and filter for specific people.
