Dataset not getting Refreshed: OLE DB or ODBC error

I was using the same file with same datasets couple of days back, it was working perfect. but somehow now I am getting the attched errors. Can anyone help me how to fix this

Your source data has changed and now contains NULLs in some of the key columns.  Check your source data, and validate your data model assumptions.
