Dataset - Not Configured Correctly

Hello,

We have an on-premise gateway and an excel file located on the server that  it (the on-premise gateway). We have the folowing error message Not configured correctly and we cannot change the file path to UNC path.

Any help would be appreciated.

The issue has been by modifying the dataset source in Power Bi Desktop.

@pcelin , Not very clear, Based on what I got

you can not change the file path in the service, unless it is created as a parameter.

If the file name is not parameter gateways have to setup for the path used in desktop
