Query fail to parse Date Time type for a single day on 29/02/2020 but other days seem to work just fine.Please help.

As tested, if i set the regional setting in Power BI as windows default display language, it works for this kind of date format from data source.
I can't open your excel file since it exceeds 5 MB file size limit.
