Hi
I know this has appeared in various threads but all seem to be about a year old.
I've been using a visual for a long time and exporting the data from it without any issues at all.
It's 3000 ish rows of data but I'm getting the data excceeds the limit message when I try to export it now. Is this a new updated thing?
I've exported the data it lets me and it takes just 300 rows of data with a total of 7700ish cells in excel.
I'm doing this in desktop - I do not want to publish this particular report to service although I think this is a possible work around.

Ah ha, this makes sense. I hadn't found the most recent post - everything was about a year old but seems to be a recurring issue. Thank you.
@EWBWEBB ,If you mean you want it drilled down to look as in the table, this can be done in matrix, check ou the stepped layout https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/desktop-matrix-visual

@Idrissshatila - afraid not - I need it as a table in the format I have it - matrix will not work, frustratingly.
