Hi, I want to know if Microsoft can access my data/reports/dashboards and use them to be shown as public samples for other companies or users and how to avoid it if it is the case.

@Anonymous , As far as I know data acess control is in users hand. You need make sure it not published to public. As long as it access it given to organization level, it will remain with in organization - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/desktop-privacy-levels
