Data Date not updating

Hi everyone,

I have an issue i cant work out. After 30-12-2018 most but not all pages on a particular report stopped updating in both the service and desktop applications. I assume the data is updating as some pages have recent data inputs. I have compared the filters on all pages and cant see anything wrong. The 'date' data table is only showing lines up to 30-12-18. If i add a year filter into a report i can see up to 2018.

Is this a data update/connection issue or a modeling oversite?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hi @eliotr

I would suggest you install the latest version of desktop and gateway to test again. For more details, please see: Troubleshooting the On-Premises Data Gateway.Below are some similar posts for your reference.
