Hi,
I created a dashboard and each dashboard has it's info from different queries that I wrote. I want to know how I can have my slicers on the top be universal to all of the dashboards because they are getting different information from different queries.

From the image you shared, it looks like your dashboard contains multiple visuals on a single page. Depending on what you're trying to achieve, here are some suggestions:
If all the visuals are on the same page:
If your visuals are on different pages:
If your visuals come from entirely separate queries without a shared data model:
