I can run this js on a browser console that returns the timestamp including milliseconds
Does DAX have anything similar at all? (not looking for a PQ solution).

How about ...
NewDate = FORMAT(UTCNOW(),"YYYY-MM-DDTHH.mm.ss.SSSZ")
or you could add it to the format section under Column tools.

But it does not seem to spit out milliseconds (I think)
Yeah 😞 for whatever reason Power BI refuses to use the miliseconds (fractional seconds) instead rounds up the second. I can't see any way to do this without working in PQ or having the timestamp brought in as text.
