DAX Query

I have a table with the fields listed below and I want to create a column that shows the Points Scored (in Red) by a Team. A fixture will have a Home Team and Away Team and both have a score associated with them that determines the Points Scored, how do I do this so when select a Team it knows how many points is scored?
