if %digital=100 &NewspaperAds=0 & MagAds = 0 & Radio Ads=0 then Digitalonly = 100

Please elaborate a little more on your question for us to understand what we need to help you with.
Are you trying to create a new column thats named Digitalonly? Are %digital, NewspaperAds, Radio Ads other columns in your table?
If it's a calculated column you want then you can reference the other columns by 'tablename'[column] and && will create a logical and for your conditions.
