DATE(YEAR(a),MONTH(a)+1,DAY(a))
Or:
today = TODAY()
Measure 3 = DATE(YEAR([today]),MONTH([today])+1,DAY([today]))

So
DATEADD(TODAY(),+1,MONTH)
