Cyclic reference error

I have 2 table

Master table (name is FY23😞 Data I extracted from system and cleaned, stored as excel file

Temporary table: direct query from system, since I only do data cleaning at month end, this will serve as a temporary MTD number until then

I set a filter as = Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type", each [Date] > Date.EndOfMonth(List.Max(FY23[Date]))) ,  this will help giving me the data for the latest month only and not duplicate with the cleaned data in FY23

The plan is to append these 2 tables so I have cleaned data + temp data of current month (dynamically filtered everytime I insert new cleaned data)

However I got cyclic reference error from this due to the above formula containing FY23 as well as the append action, is there any work around ?

@Anonymous , I hope this happing in FY 23 table, then use the last step table name

Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type", each [Date] > Date.EndOfMonth(List.Max(#"Changed Type"[Date])))
