Good Morning All,
I am trying to create this (real data). These are averages of time for jobs being done in those respective months.
I know that I simply cannot average time in powerbi on a chart (Unlike Tableau which just does it) so I have put all my data into seconds and averaged it, so I now have this (note I am just trying to create average times at present, I have not got into the split jobs part)
Here is my dummy data:
So questions are:
1) How can I get this into minutes on the bar chart? (I know I can just divide it by 60 but.....)
2) How do i get MM:SS average time on the chart? The one I showed seems to be a decimal but I would like it in MM:SS
My current thought is that for the chart itself, it doesnt matter. But for the average text part, I am stumped
Thanks

After much googling, this is the solution

Which gave me this (second colour is just me splitting the original data to give me two different jobs
