Cutoff Time during day for ticket submission

Hi,

How to do a DAX for the cut off time of ticket submissions.

Tickets being submitted prior to 1 pm is prior to cutoff time 

Tickets being submitted between 1 pm to 2 pm is the Grey zone

Tickets being submitted after 2 pm is Past the cut off

VAR TimeOnly = TIME(HOUR([Remedy Submitted Date]), MINUTE([Remedy Submitted Date]), SECOND([Remedy Submitted Date]))
