Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to customize the column header tooltips? For Example in the example below would like change the text "Year Month 2025 Mar". Thank you so much!

Thanks @MFelix , I have found a workaround https://www.cloudfronts.com/blog/power-bi/add-tooltip-for-column-headers-in-power-bi-a-step-by-step-...
Power BI does not support customizing column or row header tooltip text. Header tooltips are automatically generated and cannot be edited or disabled via formatting options.
Use a visual overlay hack (e.g., buttons or shapes with tooltips placed over headers)
Enable Maintain layer order to prevent the overlay from breaking during interactions

Hello @EstherBR,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Unfortunately, Power BI does not currently allow customizing or overriding the header tooltip text for columns or rows in Matrix/Table visuals. The tooltip is automatically generated by Power BI and cannot be changed or disabled through formatting options.
If this feature is important for your scenario, we recommend raising a new idea in the https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Fabric-Ideas/idb-p/fbc_ideas. The microsoft team regularly reviews ideas, and those with more community votes are prioritized for future updates.
Best regards,
Ganesh Singamshetty.
Hi @EstherBR ,
To my knowledge you cannot change the tooltip on the header, you can make a custom tooltip for the values but it won't affect the header tooltip.

Hello @EstherBR,
We appreciate your efforts and are glad you found a workaround for the issue. Please continue using the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Thanks,
Ganesh Singamshetty.
Glad you were able to find a solution but just remember when using that type of workaround always turn on the option Maintain layer order in both visuals, otherwise if the user select a value on the table the hack that you did will revert back because the button will be sent to the back of the table.
