However when I add a slicer to show clients by different groups they don't add up to the value above as below -
The client ID will only appear once under one of the 4 groups therefore no duplication. Any ideas or help to solve this problem?

CurrentPeriodClients is a measure? Can you explain why the Calculate is there?

What does the data model look like?

Use the Data view screen to filter for specific 'groups'. If you select the Owner1_Id column , you will get summary statistics at the bottom of the screen. See which figures are wrong (and investigate)
