Why is my SUMX returning a NAN and also showing a sum in a row within brackets

I have a column which is doing a SUMX of a particular column but I noticed for one row its returning the sum in brackets like below

And in the card visual where it should return a total of this column, it shows NaN

The DAX I have written is:

@Anonymous , Check data type of NMRROpp is number not a text type

Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
