Custom Visual Pulse Chart Events

Hi All

Apologies if this is the incorrect board!

I'm trying to show a correlation in a number of Support Tickets created, and the reduction that occurred following the creation of a "Problem Ticket".

Ideally I want to to show "Title Count" from Query 1 as the Value, and "Logged On Date" as the Timestamp - this works. Then I want the "Title" from Query 2, to show as an event at the "Reported Time" date for that Title.

What relationships (if any) should I create between the two queries to get this to work? I can get the chart to "Accept" the Problem Fields if I create a relationship, but they won't show as an event.

A nudge in the right direction, or confirmation as to whether this may be possible would be greatly appreciated!

Details laid out below for how the data sources are constructed.

Thanks

Andy

Queries: From the same SQL DB, but two seperate queries. This is as there are some duplicate column names (i.e Title)

* Represents a column I am using from this query/table.

Query 1: Tickets
*Title (Count)
*Date Logged *YYQQMMDD*

Query 2: Problems
*Title
*Reported Time*YYQQMMDD*

Hi @Anonymous

First i need to undertstand your data.

"Title" in Query1 and in Query2 have different meanings and values or the same?

For example, i think they are the same and means count of tickets or problems.Right?

Second, i need to know what visual you'd like finally,

any information about the details of visuals or your purpose of the visuals would be appreciated.

Best Regards
Maggie
