You could help me with the following scenario.
I have an array and make a custom subtotal for each row.
In the example, I need the headcount to be the average of the months, the admission is only the last month, and the turnover is the sum of the months.

Try new measures like
averageX(values(Table[Month no]), [Headcount])
calculate([admission], filter(allselected(Table), Table[Month no] = max(Table[Month no] )))
or you can is filtered and push this calculation to grand total
