Custom Tooltip trend line instead of data point

I am trying to create a custom tooltip with yearly trends. I am relatively new to Power BI and am self-taught, so I am definitely missing something.

 

Right now my custom tool tip shows this:

I want it to look like this:

Am I missing a setting or filter somewhere?

Hi @SO423

 

If you want to create a line chart as shown in the figure, you can choose the "Line chart" provided by Power BI.

You can put the field indicating the year into the x-axis and the rate field into the y-axis.
