Custom Sort with future data

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to give the custom sort on a column, in which the values are coming in future those are coming in middile of the table values. Currently i am able to sort with the existing values but when new data added the sorting is not happening.

Order column i have added as a conditional column in edit queries.

HI @amitchandak ,

This i was already done, it is not giving the expected result because the X,Y & Z values are coming in future. That values i want it in between order.

Hi @prakash11440278 ,

In other words, you need a dynamic "order" column, right?
But what is the sorting logic of this text column? In other words, how do we determine the rank of the current row.

Hi @v-lionel-msft ,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, i want the sorting should come as dynamic. There is no specific logic for the order, as per the order defined by the user framing the sorting. Below is the screenshot.

Hi @prakash11440278 ,

"There is no specific logic for the order"

Since your data has no specific logic, the user needs to modify the formula of the [Order] every time the data is refreshed, but this is meaningless.

Maybe you should specify a fixed set of logic for the [Order].
