Please help to custom sort the Category Column in the Matrix, here i have only manual sort. I dont want that, rather it should sort values by the below order
>100% as 1st order, 75% to 100% in 2 order and third would be <75%

I don't know if it's the best solution, what I think you could do is a column from 1 to 3, assigning the values to each one, that is:
and then you sort the column according to that
I clarify that I am not the one who knows the most, but it can be a band-aid solution while you find something better

And @ssk_1984 , you can add another simple table:
Create relationship between two tables:
And in the new table:
Then replace the Category under Rows in your existing matrix visual object with the Category in the new table and sort it, and the final output is as below:
