Cumulative Chart

Hi All

 

I would like to have chart where cumulative value for the current financial year (Opening balance should be added to first month and each month previous month value should be added) , please refer the below attached excel screenshot for details

    try this measure:

     

    Net value running total in Month = 
CALCULATE(
	SUM('TABLE'[Net value]),
	FILTER(
		CALCULATETABLE(
			SUMMARIZE(
				'TABLE',
				'TABLE'[Created on].[MonthNo],
				'TABLE'[Created on].[Month]
			),
			ALLSELECTED('TABLE')
		),
		ISONORAFTER(
			'TABLE'[Created on].[MonthNo], MAX('TABLE'[Created on].[MonthNo]), DESC,
			'TABLE'[Created on].[Month], MAX('TABLE'[Created on].[Month]), DESC
		)
	)
)

    you will then have to adjust your Area Chart as follow:
