Creating Report With Multiple Languages

We are currently developing a report for our customers and I am in need of some guidance.  We currently have customers who speak English and French.  Ideally I would like to create a one report that could present English or French metrics and visualisations to the user depending on their locale.  Is there a best practice for handling this in power bi?
