In our call center we have target minimums for each agents' Tier (Tier I, II, or III) for metrics like Calls per Day, Handle Time, etc. I'm developing a scorecard for each agent, and I'm struggling when utilizing the KPI visualizations to create a target. I have DAX measures with each agent's metric and each Tier's targets.
How do I create a measure (or calculated column, maybe??) that updates based off the metric, and the respective tiers' target? For example, if an agent is a Tier I, their expected calls per day is 60, they're at 65, so the KPI target is 1 (or pass).
Hi @inshanemagic ,
their expected calls per day is 60, they're at 65, so the KPI target is 1 (or pass)
Where is this data coming from? What to do if they don't reach the goal?
