Hello everybody,
I need your help with my problem. I have 3 category where each of them has 3 subcategory. I would like to create a chart where I would show percent values, and a table where I show all measures together (decimal numbers and % ) like below. I know it is possible by using Bookmarks but this solution waste so much time. Solution must provide smoothly change values relevant of user choice. How can I solve it? I have tried create a virtual table from measure (switch function) but unfortunatelly there aren't possibility to show decimal and percent values in the same matrix.
@greq_px , Not very clear.
But check if this can help (field parameters)
Changing measures based on the axis with Field Parameters in Power BI. Dynamic measures based on the axis/Dimension: https://youtu.be/7ikRAelDph0
Or isinscope can help
IsInScope - Switch measure at different levels: https://youtu.be/kh0gezKICEM
I've solved this problem but I have a second which is relevant with data type on table. Unfortunatelly all values are show in decimal number. I need two values in decimal and third in percent. Any idea? 🙂 I've used a solution with two virtual tables based on measures and matched slicers to the same group.
Its's very difficult to explain for me. But in digest: I want to have a solution where I can choose one category, one subcategory and see on chart percent values, and next to chart i want to have a matrix with a numerator, a denominator and a percent value which is result of division these two values. All values (on a chart and in a matrix) must be switch smoothly relevant of users choice. Each category have 3 subcategory and each subcategory have 3 values( numerator, denominator and percent value) :).
Thank you for your support 🙂 I'll check your propositions and get back to you soon.
