Create measure using average

Hi there,

 

I am trying to create a measure that averages a measure I currently use.


Existing

SUM('LH_Warranty'[Rebate Value]) + [PartsMarginExVAT]
 
How would I get the average of the above?

LH_Warranty[Rebate Value] + LH_Warranty[other column Value]
)
