Create measure that counts results containing...

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a measure that will count the distinct values based on certain criteria.

 

I currently have the following formula that is operating correctly:

 

Measure = (CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Claim Data File'[Member ID]), FILTER ('Claim Data File','Claim Data File'[ICD10] IN {"E11.01", "E11.02", "E11.03"})))

 

However, I now want to change the formula to count values with "E11.anything".  In other words, I need the formula to count any possible value containing "E11." as the first four characters.

 

The data can have literally 50+ combinations and I do not want to type out each value.  I'm just not sure what the correct syntax is.

 

 

Can you please help?
