Create a new column depends on a dynamic date

Hello, I have some projects in my platform. Every project should publish a highlight report on a monthly basis. I want to check which project delivers the updated highlight report which does not according to a dynamic date. Thus, I create a date table which includes the date from 2022-2025 and create a slicer based on this date table. I also create a measure to count the numbers of projects which update the highlight report according to the reference date I select in the slicer. However, I want to create another slicer to show which project has the status "Hlr updated", which project has the status "Hlr not updated". But I am not succeeded in doing it. I try to create a new column by using the dax function: IF(report date>Values('Date'[Date]),"Hlr updated", "Hlr not updated"), but it does not work. Could someone help me with topic? Thanks.

@yj1111 In general, to use a measure in that way, you need to use the Disconnected Table Trick as this article demonstrates: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Solving-Attendance-with-the-Disconnected-Table-Trick...

@yj1111 Columns are not dynamic based on user input, they are calculated at the time of data refresh. You would need to use a measure.

But if I use a measure, I am not able to use the slicer to show which projects updated the highlight reports, which not. Do you have an idea how I can show projects with different update status?
