I have created this really cool tool in excel where I can take whatever projections another department gives me (we'll call this the future "track") and I can update it to my liking.
Our track is built out on a weekly basis, and I would like to be able to change one, or multiples weeks' without changing the total, meaning the other weeks would all split the difference between the change, and the original total number, evenly.
For example:
Track: Proposed Change New Track
Week 1- 100 +50 150
Week 2- 100 75
Week 3-100 75
Total - 400 400
Is there any way that I could set this up in a more user friendly way in Power BI? I would like the user to be able to put in whatever changes they believe is necessary, and to be able to to see the original track vs the new proposed track on a line graph.
Thank you!!!

@Anonymous ,
You may try adding a calculated column.
Column = IF ( ISBLANK ( Table1[Proposed Change] ), Table1[Track] - DIVIDE ( SUM ( Table1[Proposed Change] ), COUNTBLANK ( Table1[Proposed Change] ) ), Table1[Track] + Table1[Proposed Change] )
