CountRows with filters

I have a table that includes records with a number of actions.
To know the number of files, I choose the number distincitfs.
I create a measure and use the Countrows command : COUNTROWS(distinct('Dossiers Traités/Equipe'[NumeroDossier]))
It works, I have the right number.
Now I would like to add filters of this type: Filter('Dossiers Traités/Equipe' [EquTrait] = "Voture"  || 'Dossiers Traités/Equipe'[EquTrait] = "Moto"

But he tells me that there is only one argument. Can you tell me where I am wrong?
