Count values from measure.

I have multiple measures that work through a number of steps to figure out if a "Country" is "Within KPI", "Expected KPI Met" and "KPI Breached".

Final Measure...

(17) KPI Met =
VAR KPIMet =
IF('KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(13) Actual Staffing Level %] >= 'KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(16) 99% of (14) MSL], "Expected KPI Met",
IF('KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(13) Actual Staffing Level %] >= 'KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(15) 95% of (14) MSL] && 'KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(13) Actual Staffing Level %] < 'KPI Measures: Minimum Staffing Levels'[(16) 99% of (14) MSL], "Within KPI",
"KPI Breached"))
Return
KPIMet

I now need to create charts showing stuff like "How many  Expected KPI Met, Within KPI and KPI Breached, but as these values are being created from a measure, I cant use the measure for charts.  How can I get a count of each value from the measure?  I tried creating a new table with Region and Country and then the above measure as a calculated column, but its now work (see below).  How can I use the measure results for charts and calculations.

Thanks in advance.

@StuartSmith This looks like a measure aggregation problem. See my blog article about that here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Design-Pattern-Groups-and-Super-Groups/ba-p/138149

The pattern is:
MinScoreMeasure = MINX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
MaxScoreMeasure = MAXX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
AvgScoreMeasure = AVERAGEX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
etc.
