Count rows in a date-range.

I have a Members table:

Member ID            Member Type
101Type-1
102Type-2
103Type-3
104Type-1

and a memberships table:

Membership ID

Member ID          Membership Start Date          Membership End Date
11011/1/20233/31/2023
21022/1/20232/20/2023
31031/15/20231/31/2023
41042/20/20233/20/2023

I want to create a table that calculates how many members had a membership in each month:

Membership active month.      Member Type.       Number of Members
Jan-23Type-11
Jan-23Type-31
Feb-23Type-12
Feb-23Type-21
Mar-23Type-12

How do I do this in Power BI?

No need to have separate tables for member type.
