Hi forum
Top right the visual is meant to count Open ID -> it counts 9
Bottom left there is a table withthe actual entries and we can only see 6 IDs from 30 to 66. I cross checked this IDs with the online platform where the data is coming from. IDs are correct. There are only 6
ID column format is text. I tend to change unique IDs to text from number so the system doesnt summarise/total UIDs
I can't see what I'm doing wrong. Help appreciated
Thanks

Right click on "Count of ID" and choose Count(Distinct) and see if that works !
With the implicit count measure it is going to count all ids in that table. You are most likely wanting to see unique IDs that are open. I think your best bet would be to create a measure something like this to count distinct IDs that your visual will further filter on status:
Count = DistictCount(Table[id])
Or if you are truly wanting to count open IDs
OpenIDs = Calculate(DistinctCount(Table[id]), Table[Status] = 'Open')
Right click on "Count of ID" and choose Count(Distinct) and see if that works !
