Selected Date-Time Range =
DATEVALUE (
SELECTEDVALUE ( New[BEGIN_DATE] ) & " " & SELECTEDVALUE(DateRange[TimeRange]))
Not giving the time value.

Check out this short video. You can achieve this in the Power Query Editor itself.
No need for DAX measures.
