I have succeddfully connected to a Msql DB, but the primary keys in the Msql DB are not reflecting in PowerBi. In the Mysql DB they are shown as "BLOB" fields? Can I correct this in PowerBi or do I have to correct this in the Msql DB, and if so how?
The problem is Mysql cannot determine the length of the Blob field, and so neither can power BI... which means it can't use it.
Here is a post that suggests way to fix the length of the field... if you do that in mysql then power bi might be able to "see" it.
