Is there a way to connect with SQLBase data? Connecting through ODBC using MSQuery (like Excel) isn't an option in PBI.
SQLBase connecting with SQL Server (as suggested in Twitter) doesn't work.
Connecting using generic interface (ODBC) gives an error as shown in the picture. Excel (using ODBC/MSQuery option) reads the tabel just fine.
Hi @GFFD,
Is MSQuery the Power Query that is used by Power BI?
1. Please upgrade the SQLBase ODBC driver to the latest version.
2. Please try to enlarge the Input Message Size.
Best Regards,
Dale
Hello Dale,
MSQuery is the way to connect the database in Excel. Unfortunaly this is not an option in Power BI.
1. As far as we can see, we have the latest version of de ODBC-diver.
2. Setting the Input Message size to 2000 or 4000 doesn't solve the error.
Searching on errorcode HY090 also doesn't give a relevant result. 😞
